These Terms govern your use of the nysaadelivery.ae website, operated by Nysaa Delivery Services LLC ("Nysaa"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. About this website
This website provides information about Nysaa's delivery-rider outsourcing and fleet services and lets you submit business enquiries and rider applications. It is informational and does not itself create a service contract.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use it in any way that harms Nysaa or others.
3. Enquiries & quotes
Submitting a quote request does not create a binding agreement. Any pricing shared is an estimate; delivery services are provided only under a separate written agreement between Nysaa and the client.
4. Rider applications
Submitting a rider application does not guarantee employment. All placements are subject to eligibility, valid documentation, background and licence checks, and Nysaa's onboarding process.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Nysaa name, logo, text, and design — is owned by Nysaa and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
6. Third-party names & trademarks
Names of delivery platforms mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe the operations our riders support. No endorsement or partnership is implied unless stated.
7. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nysaa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
